Entretien
I got a call from a job agency for the job due to my previous experience with call center. The interview was suppose to start at 11am via zoom but nobody came after waiting for 10 minutes. I contacted the agency saying that maybe, they have forgotten the interview. At 11.30 am, the interviewee came disinterested and the tone use was not professional at all. At the moment, i already knew, that maybe they are not hiring or already got someone or maybe they are not interested at all. The interview lasted for 17 minutes. It was more of a conversation of them explaining what Okex is all about and some deep analogy questions about cryptocurrency that i did not know about. At the end, the person apologize for the delay and cut off the video call. I am glad i did not get the offer.

HR is nice but the Manager is quite different, she sounded like she wanted to threaten me about KPI, pressure this might be.

Pros:

Cons:
❌ Inconsistency in interviewer quality
❌ Occasional unclear/irrelevant questions
❌ Interviewers were distracted/not prepared

The Interview process was smooth and professional, recruiter was very communicative and overall interview process allowed me to get to know the team better while asking insightful questions! Overall, the experience felt welcoming, making it a great opportunity to showcase my skills and learn more through the process

The interview went well. Very professional. On time. The interviewer discuss the objective. He explain the job description very well. He ask scenarios. The discussion is very lively.
