Teams interview.
Interview style was overly aggressive and negative in tone. Reasoning behind decision not to proceed was a lack of leadership experience, of which I have 24 years of experience and manage personnel across three continents. The position has been open for several years and I believe the lack of positive interviewing skills is largely responsible for this vacuum regarding candidates.
