Entretien
I had an initial 15 to 20 minutes chat about the role and my previous experience with Talent Acquisition. Then I had an interview with the hiring manager and Talent Acquisition. I didn't do well at the interview. I was jobless during a pandemic when the job market was down, I was feeling quite desperate and my nerves got the better of me on the day of the interview.
At the interview, they said they would get back to me by the end of the week but I never heard back from them. I sent them an email asking for feedback after a week but still they didn't respond.
The interviewer had said at the interview that they adopt the best practices in business. Having the professional courtesy of letting applicants know they were unsuccessful after an interview should be one of them.
Anyway, this worked out better for me at the end, as I got a job offer 3 weeks after from one of the best tech companies in Australia.

Give example of a project you worked on, what made the project complex, main risks/issues faced during the project and corrective/preventative/mitigation actions taken to address the issues /risk and outcomes of the actions.

Entretien
I went through a phone screen interview, followed by an in-person interview in the city. The questions were focused on my experience and resume. They looked for clarity and asked follow-up questions. Several behavioural queries. It helped to review the product and domain prior. They would take a week or two to get back. At the end of it, they provided constructive feedback.

1. Based on the impact I mentioned on my resume, they asked me to walk through the project and justify my results.
2. How did I approach product activation and retention in the past?
