First is Group interview, they will be asking some tricky questions and intention is to test your loyalty with company. Those have intention to further study or have own small business will not be consider as they need your full commitment. 2nd stage is individual interview. They want to see how you handling stress, will you be able to cope with shift and your characteristic. Too agressive is not too good because it can cause argument with customers. 3rd stage is Call Stimulation. They will ask you to type something and at the same time answer call. If they give you some numbers in the call stimulation better write down as they might ask you to repeat it again

Entretien
The interview went well, i learnt so many things and got to experience a role play for the position. The interviewer explain the role of the job very well and gave an overview how the day to day job gonna be. Overall, it is such a nice experience to interview for the CSE.

What is your general knowledge about customer service?
Interviewers (HR executive and the department managers) were all polite and approachable. They made me feel relaxed through out the process. The Interview and the exam went smoothly and the result was released within a day or two.
