total was 3 stages, all was in one day (almost)
1st stage written test plus math test, total result must be at least 85%
2nd stage face to face interview with 3 interviewer (one Chinese, one Malay (HR), one Indian)
3rd stage answering call/ call simulation

Question 1
1st stage the math test just PMR level. 2nd not much questions interviewer just wanted to know how can you handle the stress, coz working in contact center the stress level is very high (seriously).
3rd stage to see can you multitask.

Entretien
The interview went well, i learnt so many things and got to experience a role play for the position. The interviewer explain the role of the job very well and gave an overview how the day to day job gonna be. Overall, it is such a nice experience to interview for the CSE.

What is your general knowledge about customer service?
Interviewers (HR executive and the department managers) were all polite and approachable. They made me feel relaxed through out the process. The Interview and the exam went smoothly and the result was released within a day or two.
