I was told that the OCBC want to have an interview with me so I attend it. The first round interview were asking about you java back end knowledge and react front end knowledge, and also past project experience. One week later, I was being told that the OCBC wants to offer me job, but it require to call my previous company and current company for background check, so I gave them the contact. Here is the funny thing, the HR said they call to my previous company, the previous colleague give not so good comments about me, so they are not gonna give me offer due to this concern. The fact is at my previous company department were toxic environment so I resigned my job, and I had no problem with my current company and colleague, they not even call my current company to check and compare is it really my problem instead just retract the offer. I feel like uncomfortable for their attitude to candidate, to makes me feel lowly. Not even a chance to explains it. This is how the OCBC treats its candidate and not willing to give more time to inspect and verify it.

2 rounds Mainly asking technical questions Java basic questions Easy to anwser if u have well prepared 2 rounds of interview but very similar nature. Video call interview So no need to onsite is good
