The interview process there are 3 stages. First is a written test to test your customer service ability, next is interview with the manager , lastly is the call simulation test. It was very fast as this job has a high turnover rate , which they constantly employ people.

Entretien
The interview went well, i learnt so many things and got to experience a role play for the position. The interviewer explain the role of the job very well and gave an overview how the day to day job gonna be. Overall, it is such a nice experience to interview for the CSE.

What is your general knowledge about customer service?
Interviewers (HR executive and the department managers) were all polite and approachable. They made me feel relaxed through out the process. The Interview and the exam went smoothly and the result was released within a day or two.
