Actually, overall the interview process was quite easy. The only peeve about the interview was the totally ridiculous length of time to hear back from the representative on a hir decision.

Engaging process with a ton of steps (had roughly five or six before getting informed I wasn't a fit) -- last component involved homework which seemed to be the real decision criteria
