      J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Nviera Technologies (Bengaluru) en oct. 2020

      Entretien

      I received a call from company HR and she asked me about the current CTC and expected CTC. I clearly mentioned how much I was expecting, and the recruiter HR simply accepted that and proceeded with the interview procedure. She arranged a call with 2 interviewers. One of the interviewers was attending phone calls in between the zoom call. I did not mind at that point in time. They asked questions related to Golang as I was being interviewed for a position of Golang developer. Also asked questions related to general backend experience. Questions were average. I cleared the technical interview. Then they asked me to do an assignment and submit it to them. They asked me to submit it in two days, which becomes hectic when you are already working too much in your existing organisation. I managed to submit the assignment on time. Later I received a call from the recruiter HR and she scheduled an HR interview with some senior HR. I had a phone call interview with the HR which was the most disappointing HR interview I ever had. She was so rude to me. I cannot imagine how the company existing employees are serving over there. If an HR can be so rude to an interviewee then she might be much ruder to the existing employees. She simply refused to give me my expected offer. We hung the call and that was the last discussion I had with the company. They were expecting me to work for 6 days a week in a much lesser package which was expecting. They also wanted me to move to Bangalore in the time of COVID. I was really very disappointed about the company, why did they ask me to submit an assignment if they cannot offer my expected CTC which I told them multiple times during the interview process. The unprofessional company, rude HR, 6-days a week working. I can say all the bad things are happening in this company. DO NOT JOIN, DO NOT EVEN GO WITH THE INTERVIEW PROCESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

      They expect knowledge on multiple technologies together.Process will be like Technical round and HR round or may be Two rounds on Technical and HR round. They mostly prefer the employees who is comfortable to work on effectively productive environment.
