Thanks for the feedback, whilst we were conducting interviews right through until the middle of last week, your experience sounds like it could and should have been better. We will take on board your feedback regarding the absence of communication after your interview until feedback. We have informed all candidates of the feedback but we want the process from a candidate expeirence to be better than what you experienced. Thanks for flagging your concerns.
