pretty basic, all things considered. they asked what sort of sales experience I had and customer service experience.... I told them, they hired me on basically right away. However afaik they didnt hire anyone at the high end of their listed bracket. a 2 dollar difference, but everyone in the office was hired at the bottom.

First was a prescreening phone call to determine fit and past experiences. The next step was a virtual interview where they asked standard questions. They were slow to contact for the first phone call after initial application- approximately 4 weeks.
