I got a call from HR to talk about this position. Conversation was very cordial. Then, I had 2 technical interviews with 2 managers. One to answer a lot of OOP and Front end questions. Second one to show 2 examples of bad code and how to refactor them. I did well in both technical interviews and they mentioned there were not more candidates at that point. Then I waited for more than 2 weeks to get an email saying I was not selected to continue this process. The way this recruitment process was handle was not the best. Almost 3 weeks to get a feedback after they said you were the only candidate. Very unprofessional. Not interested to work in the future for this company.
