Great first two interviews, very thorough. They made you take a personalty test before they interviewed you which was intimidating, but I passed so I don't know what they were looking for!

Entretien
The process from start to finish included 1 initial phone screen, 5 video interviews, and 1 video presentation. Upon completion, I was disappointed they never got back to me on a decision. If they would have closed the loop on the entire interview process (job offer or not) I would have had a very positive experience. The team was extremely kind and engaged. They seem to have great leadership and a big appetite for social media.

I was asked to create a presentation outlining how I would relaunch one of their products. Some of the prompts included: - How to build a social media strategy, including a point of view on platforms – which platforms should we be on, and why? - A POV on supporting a stand-alone handle and community for the relaunch of this product. In total the presentation had roughly 10 prompts.
