After the telephone interview phase there is a couple of weeks of deliberation. I got invited to attend an assessment center at Numatic HQ Chard. I attended the assessment center with 5 others however both of the interviews that took place were individual. There was also a sight and department tour. The day was structured well and each candidate had an allotted schedule for the day. The first interview was behavioral and I was asked questions about my motivations. The second interview was technical. It involved a portfolio review as well as a small task. On the whole it was a positive experience and everyone that I met made me feel at ease.
