All the process is good and they ask relevant questions related to work profile and project. The interviewer was very kind person. I enjoyed with all the process of the interview.

1) Written test : Aptitude + Java + Spring + Hibernate : questions of no importance all theoretical 2) Technical : Core Java + 1 simple ques of Spring and Hibernate each ( interviewer was more into showing what he know rather than knowing what you know ) 3) Technical : Most irritating technical round - gave 3 data structure ques which I solved but he was more interested into knowing theory only 4) Managerial : Poor management and interview skill - he started well to ask a ques but then got a call and he said that to the caller "Okay wait for me I will come in 10min .. and then he just winded up my interview saying he needs to go)
