The interview process was thorough but friendly. It started with a recruiter screening focused on motivation and cultural fit, followed by a technical interview with the content team. Later, I completed a case study focused on UX copy strategy and localization for the Latin American market, which was then discussed in depth with a panel. The final round included a chat with a leadership member to evaluate alignment with Nu’s product philosophy and values. Everyone was extremely welcoming and open about the role and expectations.
