Cons: The overall process can take over a month and includes multiple stages. What felt disappointing was the final communication. After completing all interview rounds, the rejection was delivered through an automated, AI-generated email without personalized feedback. After investing significant time and preparation into the process, a more human and constructive closing message would make a big difference.
