I applied for position on Nubank's website. Interviewing process consisted of one screening interview, chat with engineer, take-away task of building an application in Clojure, chat with hiring committee and finally an on-site interview in Sao Paulo. Last stage of interview involved pair-programming session, architecture interview and conversation with product owner. Despite not getting an offer, my overall experience was very positive.

They have a Webinar and machine test as initial screening process. Implement a method for an in-memory database. Update an existing field, or create the record and field if they don't exist.
