Entretien
The process was simple - applied online via their website, and answered the questions, and got through to the next round, which was interview questions via recording short video answers. After that I received an email saying I got through to the final interview. The final interview was via teams, with two interviewees, it was relaxed but professional. Both interviewees were friendly, and helpful.

When do you feel you have you exceeded at customer service? Why have you chosen to work with Novuna? What do you know about Novuna? What is the reason for leaving your current job? Do you see yourself wanting to progress in the company? What does good customer service mean to you? When have you congratulated a colleague on their work, and how have you gone about this?

It was very well planned
First they introduced about the work done in the company, gave a office tour and then conducted a face to face interview. They were very kind and made everyone feel very comfortable which was really good.
