Entretien
-Spoke with the interviewer on the phone for 30 min - I did a video call with a couple other people from the team- I did a long onsite visit to get a tour of the facility and met with two of the managers I would be working closely with. I waited a while to hear back from the manager and received no feedback even though I made it through the whole process. It was strange to not be given a call by the manager to see what my thoughts or feedback on any of the interviews. Not even a face to face call with her at any point. Whenever I recruit I always stay close to my candidates and get their thoughts because after all they are interviewing you just as much as you are interviewing them. Candidates often times give great feedback or let you know what you could have done better. Speaking with them also gives you a great grasp on if you feel they are excited still or if the candidate has lost interest. Giving the candidate an excellent interview process with lots of communication is key in today's market. It makes or breaks an offer and candidates who had a good process statistically are more likely to remain with the company longer.
