In line with the UX/UI Designer experience, having a non-Flemish name and surname might be one of the missing skills for the company. The process was basically one phone call and after presenting my profile to the Director of Product (s)he refused even to meet me, I asked for feedback including these missing skills that made other candidates more appealing and did not have a reply, but as I mentioned before... non-Flemish name and surname is an important one.
