This was followed by a more in-depth interview with the hiring manager, where they assessed my operational knowledge, problem-solving skills, and ability to handle real-life logistics scenarios. I was also asked to share specific examples from my past experience, especially related to managing vendors, handling issues, and improving processes. The process was smooth overall, with clear communication and timely updates after each stage.
