Entretien
There is 1 interview, interviewers just ask why you’re interested in the job and what makes you a good candidate. The interviewers seemed disinterested like they were just trying to fill the position, so I did not accept the offer.

Was extremely informal and quick, no matter how many questions I asked the interviewers seemed like they just wanted to be finished. They were incredibly unprepared and were obviously not the best pick to be interviewing staff. The problem is with Novant as a whole, they make the staff of the clinic take on the hiring burden which makes the process inefficient and unprofessional. Asking healthcare professionals to divert their time to hiring is very counterproductive. I still had a good interview, I had more than enough experience and a degree in the field but I still never got any sort of follow up. I even reached out to my recruiter and their HR email and got no response. The staff was extremely friendly and obviously good at their jobs, they remarked that I was a great interviewer. Which I appreciated but no response is frustrating, I have had similar poor experiences with the other positions I’ve applied to at Novant.
