The process was very easy, all completed through zoom. I first had an interview with my unit manager and then completed a peer review with potential coworkers. Maybe a day or so after the peer interview, I received an offer from HR.

Good interview. Communicated pros of the hospital and expectations. Still waiting to hear back but it hasn't been a week yet. Would recommend. Faculty was great. Nothing negative to say.

There was one phone interview with a third party hiring company, they asked simple general question along with situational questions then they scheduled an in person meeting with my manager. Very simple and easy process!
