Very simple. Applied online at career builder. Received a call the next day. Had a phone screening. Set up the next phone interview. It went well enough they offered me the job over the phone. It took five weeks to get on because of lack of preparation on the companies behalf.

I got a call and answered some basic questions. The process was very easy going and the questions were not difficult to answer. Mostly, we spoke about my past experience with other companies and how this may affect me in the future role at this company. I should have taken this as a warning sign of things to come. There was virtually no screening process and I really thought I did well.
