3 rounds of interviews
1st Interview is purely introductory to the organization story and goals followed by a short questionnaire. Invitation to 2nd interview is based purely on the questionnaire.
2nd interview is an in depth dive into organizational structure, work schedule, and compensation. Another questionnaire is sent shortly after. 3rd interview is more of a check to see how bought in you are to the companies philosophy and practices

Never ever work here. The whole thing was a pyramid scheme and you don’t actually make any money. They say you’ll get a base pay if you don’t make commission but that’s a lie
