It was a simple interview. Questions regarding experiences of past employers. They're not looking for stellar employees, simply looking to fills seats for their shifts. Interview process changed slightly over the years worked their, they included drug screening after being purchased by Stericycle.

There was an initial phone interview. My second interview was in person. Both interviews went very well. They ask mainly about your work history and what abilities and skills you have to provide to this job.
