First, I met with the supervisor I would be working for. She asked me questions concerning my experience and how I might tackle the job responsibilities. Then I met with a professor who wanted me to do a special assignment while I was working there, as part of my job duties. I had to demonstrate a working knowledge of MS Access. Last, the supervisor called my references.
