Professionalism and stamina are important, to be able to remain enthusiastic when repeating some of the same answers to different groups.

Contacted via email for a 30 minute phone interview. The interview was conducted by the hiring manager and recruiter for the department and mostly consisted of questions regarding my career history and how it would translate to the role. They spent time describing the department and how the team works. Unfortunately they ghosted me entirely after the phone screen.
