J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Northwestern Mutual (Troy, MI) en déc. 2009
Entretien
I came into contact with NM at a career fair at my university. It didn't take too much to get an interview, but I didn't get the impression it was easy to get your foot in the door.
I showed up for the first interview which turned out to be a group presentation and felt more like a sales pitch. I then went out to a banquet that was being held in honor of the top producers (salesman).
After the presentation, a follow up, and a 1:1 interview I was given an offer after I sent an email out saying I did in fact want the position.
Straightforward process, interviewed with them on campus. They provided the information I needed. I decided to not move ahead with the interview process as it did not align with my goals, but the interviewers were cordial and professional.
Felt like they were selling me something the whole time. Super easy to talk to, but something just felt off the whole time. Had multiple phases of them explaining why they're so perfect and great to work for (massive selection bias in some of their numbers)
