J'ai passé un entretien chez Northwestern Mutual (Miami, FL)
Entretien
The interview process was well-structured and thorough, consisting primarily of behavioral questions that assessed my problem-solving skills, teamwork, and adaptability. Additionally, there were a few technical questions that tested my financial knowledge and analytical abilities. Overall, it was a fair and engaging process that provided a great opportunity to showcase both my technical expertise and interpersonal skills.
One initial recruiter call. The recruiter never put me in touch with the hiring team. I recommend that hiring managers take the time to interview qualified candidates. I have little faith that the recruiter accurately gaged my skillset as they didn’t seem to understand certain aspects of the role.
I was in contact with the recruiter and she invited me to an information session. After, she told me I would be able to schedule and interview. I emailed her multiple times and never got a reply. Unprofessional.
Formal interview with multiple different employees from different levels. Just wanting to get to you know as a person. There is nothing technical required to know for the interview. Multiple other candidates are on the call at the same time.
