The process itself was ok, the interviewers were pretty nice. This place is not diverse at all though (look through their local linked in photos). I don’t think they value evidence based recruiting practices, seems like they focus more on how they portray themselves/status, etc. I wish this was more evident in the job description but upon looking at more employee profiles, it made sense.

Entretien
There was a 3-step interview process. I met with the Managing Partner and HR in the 3rd round for a presentation.
Everyone was very helpful and information about the role.
Did about 5 rounds, 2 of which were in person then got ghosted. Followed up twice with no response, the team did react to my linkedin post when I got a new job too which was weird.
