I interviewed initially with Rachel Nutter out of their Northshore office and she was wonderful, as were the other two teamates I interviewed with. The process was great, not too long, but thorough enough to understand the role. I only declined because of logistics. Working under Rachel seems like a dream, if I lived closer I would!
