4 interviews. - meet higher ups and have a conversation with them to see if you're eligible - qualify for the job with a certain project they give, kind of like homework - depending on how well you do with the project, they will continue to interview for a third time - ask about project results and process - then meet with higher ups again and see if you are qualified. if qualified, then wait a week to hear back

There were four or five interviews, if you count the meeting with my future mentor. There were also a few personality assessments. Lots of paperwork. The finance industry is tightly regulated.
