It was very... Interesting. The LinkedIn profile is definitely different than what the actual job entails. The impression from LinkedIn is that this is a salaried position in which you can make $75k-100, with free training while you get paid. That is very much not the case. They do encourage you to have money saved up (3-6 months of expenses saved up) before you start, so it doesn't sound like you'll get paid for very much of anything.
I did want to join based off the educational opportunities, but the risk is too high for something that may have very little reward. If I wanted a sales job, I could go somewhere else where there's at least a base salary. I'm not sure if I said it before, but this 100% commission and generating your own book of business.
Oh and this may seem obvious to people in the financial sector but not to people who are just joining, they do do credit checks.

Very professional and provide a deep background and understanding of the company. The recruiters are very friendly and help guide you through the interview process. Is a multi-step interview process including surveys and questionaries.
I went through three rounds. You have an initial screening, a one hour interview with an advisor, then meet with a partner in-person if possible. Very detailed, and they bring up cultural test results and financial projections.

Fortunately it was a decent introduction call.
Unfortunately the recruiter did not know the mission statement for the organization and did not look it up to share it.
Was also informed there were still to be four interviews in the interview process.
