The interviewer was transparent, welcoming, and professional. Plenty of time was left for my questions and everything was explained thoroughly. The first interview was about 45 minutes and the second nearly 2 hours.

The entire hiring process consisted of 3 interviews and 1 case study project. Most interviews were behavioral and situational type questions relating to the role. Whole process took about 3 weeks to complete.

It was a series of 3 interviews. I think they made the role seem more lucrative than it was. There was some information left out when reviewing the job duties and compensation but I came prepared with lots of questions. Had I not there was some things I would consider a little sneaky.

Honestly, I will try to be nice while also warning anyone reading this of this company. There are so many red flags to list. I have a rule of thumb, if in an "interview" it starts to sound more like a pitch then its not an interview its a commission only, hell scape, MLM style company.
