The interview process was very long considering the position was a simple sales position, which was advertised as something else. I believe I went through about 3 or 4 interviews until they revealed I would be doing door to door life insurance sales.

It was good, simple, and they provided a lot of information on what the position would look like. They explained the reasoning for commission-based pay, and how they help support new interns with that.
