Very relaxed, more positional and company focused than asking you to give an example of when you displayed xyz. Only had two rounds of interviews, process went quickly and easily. First interview was with the recruiter, second was with a financial advisor at the office who overlooks the intern program.

Was told about the program and how I would need to get certified to sell life insurance in order to participate in the program. The interviewer was laid back and relaxed. It was a group interview.
