J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Northwestern Mutual (Chicago, IL)
Entretien
Long - many steps with mandatory homework - you have to speak to people in your life about their finances before even being offered the position. If that makes you uncomfortable DO NOT work here. The initial interviews are not hard and questions are not behavioral. Unlike any interview I've ever had. It was really normal and conversational - they basically just want to get a sense of how many people you know so you can call them later.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
How involved are you in school? What activities do you do outside of class?
Series of interviews that began with an information session, followed by a basic "get to know you" interview where you learn more about the position, followed by a final interview
Straight forward and easy. Consisted of a call and a zoom interview. First with a recruiter and then with a full time rep that was part of the internship. Fairly easy and straight forward.
Sales focused interview. Need to provide a list of 200 people and their contact info to pass the interview, and once you're hired you'll have to contact all those people.
