The interview is a three part process. First they have you do a call with on of their financial advisors just to get to know you some. Then you meet with whoever is in charge of the branch and go over what would required at the job and if you would be excited to work there. They'll give you a packet to gauge your ability to network and find clients (seeing as this is a commission based job), and then set up a third interview. At the third interview they go over who you were able to network with and how it felt. Once you feel confident and they are feeling good about hiring, you'll talk more in depth about compensation and go more in depth about working there.
