The interview was extremely relaxed and informative. The interview lasted 45 minutes. It felt like we were having a conversation not an interview. Looking forward to the second interview. I believe it's a 3 step interview process.

First interview with a recruiter, second/third with a senior advisor. Homework to make calls and talk to people about finance, they just want to see that you can make some phone calls and ask people questions. The phone calls to friends/family can feel uncomfortable, but it's really not a big deal if you don't make it one.
