The interview process was easy. Multiple in-person interviews to get to know you better and explain how the role works. Being licensed prior to applying is a big help and removes one barrier. Interviewers were very nice but having a stable book of business ready to go is important.

There were four or five interviews, if you count the meeting with my future mentor. There were also a few personality assessments. Lots of paperwork. The finance industry is tightly regulated.
