Went well asked you who you are , what are you goals , what are you really trying to accomplish.
You have to first take a cultural index , in which it see if your a personality fit for the job . Once that is completed you will be able to move to the next step which is in person , the farther you get to more important people you meet with .

It was a quick setup to get the first interview. Then there are two more interviews that took longer to set up and extended the hiring process. They are very nice though.
