I interviewed for the internship after speaking with recruiters at an on campus career fair. It lasted close to an hour there were a lot of questions asked about my personal background and interests. The interviewer seemed genuinely interested in learning about me and not just looking for specific answers. There was also a thorough explanation of the internship that was unclear at the career fair and speaking with the recruiter. I was offered a second interview within a week, but I declined after I learned more about the job and realized it was not what I was looking for.

There were four or five interviews, if you count the meeting with my future mentor. There were also a few personality assessments. Lots of paperwork. The finance industry is tightly regulated.
