They called me from a referral one of my friends gave me. It is a set of 3 in person (if possible) interviews. First is with the recruiter, then the next is with the College Unit Director who will be your mentor if you get the job, and then the last is with the managing director or Chief Development Officer. In each interview they just ask you to talk about yourself and ask questions off your resume. They also have you do a market survey to see if you know enough people in the area to sell to.

Very basic and straightforward behavioral questions, nothing technical. Have a good idea of what you would be doing and why you want to work there so that you can speak to your skillset and how it aligns with the job description.
