J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Northwestern Mutual (Skokie, IL) en avr. 2010
Entretien
The interview process was very well structured. There was a phone interview and a 1:1 interview, both asked questions you would expect from any legitimate company.
Then they sent me a personality test and a networking project.
After that, I needed to visit the office again to speak with the Director, that day I was offered the position.
Upon acceptance of the position, they gave me paperwork for a lengthy background check, an FBI fingerprint check. Upon completion of the paperwork, I needed to take a tough life/health insurance licensing test.
Straightforward process, interviewed with them on campus. They provided the information I needed. I decided to not move ahead with the interview process as it did not align with my goals, but the interviewers were cordial and professional.
Felt like they were selling me something the whole time. Super easy to talk to, but something just felt off the whole time. Had multiple phases of them explaining why they're so perfect and great to work for (massive selection bias in some of their numbers)
