It was messy, misleading, and misguided. Was told that I was the only candidate they were interviewing and that I was literally "the perfect candidate". Then after the 3rd round of interviews, I was told that I would be contacted by the end of the week regarding their decision. Needless to say, that decision never came. Also, talking to friends who got the same job at different locations, the description was very misleading. Basically a sales position in which you're expected to cold call hundreds of people including friends and family to sell life insurance.

job and interview process are relatively straightforward for freshmen. However, the recruiter may not be very helpful in assisting with the process. This could be frustrating for the candidates, who may need guidance or support as they navigate the job search and application process. It's possible that the recruiter is inexperienced or simply not very invested in helping candidates succeed. Regardless, it's important for candidates to do their own research and seek out additional resources if needed.
