Very simple interview process. If you are going to be employed by a rep, they usually know what they are looking for. If you fit their role, you will be starting within a week or two.

What are my career goals and how do you think this position will help you reach those goals.
I went through a series of 3 interviews for this position. Wasn't bad at all. The advisor I was being interviewed by just asked some basic questions for the most part.
Long and drawn out.
Initially brought in for an interview for a commission sales rep position, but this wasn't what I was looking for. Interview with a number of other hiring managers over the course of several months. Eventually I received a formal offer.
