Entretien
The interview process is very straight forward. Submitted resume via email, conducted phone screening, and finally was brought in for two face to face interviews. One with the hiring manager, and one with the CEO/owner.

All the questions were pretty standard. There was nothing unexpected or overly difficult.

Entretien
It was very difficult to get a hold of the interviewer. Every email that was sent to me had at least one typo or grammatical error and there were hidden assessments that needed to be completed after the interview. Most other applications processes request these assessments when you apply so I was surprised that I needed to complete these after the first interview. The interviewer was unenthusiastic and difficult to understand. I felt the interview was awkward and that I had to reiterate or rephrase my answers frequently. The lack of excitement, delayed responses (email), and typos frustrated me, especially when I had put in so much effort to be excited and double check my work.
