J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Northwestern Mutual (New York, NY) en déc. 2013
Entretien
Was initially contacted through LinkedIn, and an interview was set up within a day. Everybody was very friendly and the interviews were the easiest Ive had. Simple fit questions. They realize that not many people are interested in selling life insurance to their family and friends, so they recruit just about anybody and make the interview process very easy to get through.
Straightforward process, interviewed with them on campus. They provided the information I needed. I decided to not move ahead with the interview process as it did not align with my goals, but the interviewers were cordial and professional.
Felt like they were selling me something the whole time. Super easy to talk to, but something just felt off the whole time. Had multiple phases of them explaining why they're so perfect and great to work for (massive selection bias in some of their numbers)
